Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. No subscription to cancel

Ryzume AI plans are one-time purchases — there is no subscription, no auto-renewal and nothing to cancel. You pay once and your allowances never expire. Starter covers 10 builds, 20 scans and 10 cover letters; Pro covers 30 builds, 60 scans, 30 letters, plus 30 uses of each Pro tool (Interview Q&A, Skill gaps, Offer decoder, Negotiation coach, Self-appraisal writer, Resignation drafter).

2. Refunds

Because plans are digital and allowances are usable immediately, all sales are final. However, we want you to feel safe trying us — so we offer:

• Duplicate or erroneous charges. Charged twice, or charged for a plan you didn't receive? We'll fix it — full refund or the missing plan, your choice.
• Good-faith cases. Something genuinely went wrong on our side (a broken checkout, a plan that never activated)? Tell us — we'll make it right.

3. How to request a refund

Contact us through the support widget on the site or write to ryzumeai@gmail.com with your payment details (order id if you have it, date and amount). We'll verify the payment with our payment processor and respond within 3 working days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

4. What isn't refundable

Used allowances can't be refunded — once AI work has been generated for you (a build, scan, letter, or any Pro-tool use), that cost is spent. Any other refund requests are handled case-by-case at our discretion.

5. Try before you buy

The free demo (watermarked builder + ATS scan, no signup) exists precisely so you can judge the quality before paying anything. If you're unsure, try that first.
